How FlexPath collects, uses, and protects your information, including cookies, and the privacy rights available to you.

What We Collect

FlexPath collects information you provide directly and information gathered automatically when you use the site. Personal data includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, job title, and other contact details you provide when you fill out a form, request information, subscribe to communications, engage our services, apply for a role, or contact us. For partnership or service inquiries we may also collect business information: company name and website, location and service areas, team size and structure, revenue information, the tools you use, and your goals and challenges. When you visit the site we automatically collect technical data such as IP address and approximate location, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs and pages viewed, visit times, and navigation patterns. We also use cookies and similar technologies, explained in full in the Cookies and Tracking section below.

How We Use It

We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services (responding to inquiries, delivering managed IT and cybersecurity services, communicating about our services, processing transactions, managing client relationships, and improving the site), to run the business (internal research and analytics, evaluating partnership and acquisition opportunities, managing employment applications, and maintaining records and compliance), for marketing and communications with your consent (newsletters, service updates, information about services that may interest you, and surveys and feedback), and for legal and security purposes (meeting legal and regulatory obligations, protecting against fraud and security threats, enforcing our agreements, and defending our legal rights and interests).

How We Share It

We share information only in defined circumstances. We use third-party service providers who perform work on our behalf, including website hosting and maintenance, email and marketing platforms, CRM systems, analytics and data processing, and payment processors; they are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, and we will notify you of the change and any choices you have. We may disclose information where required by law or in response to a valid government request, to enforce our policies, to protect our rights, property, or safety, or to prevent fraud or security threats. We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent. The site may link to third-party sites we do not operate; this policy does not cover them, and we encourage you to review their policies. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our operations are located.

Cookies and Tracking

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a site, either session cookies that expire when you close your browser or persistent cookies that remain until they expire or you delete them. We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (core features and navigation, remembering preferences, security and fraud prevention, and secure login), for performance and analytics (understanding how visitors use the site, analyzing traffic, identifying technical issues, and testing and optimizing), and for marketing and personalization (relevant content and advertising, remembering marketing preferences, measuring campaigns, and personalizing your experience). The categories we use are strictly necessary cookies, which you cannot opt out of, performance cookies, which are aggregated and anonymous, functionality cookies, and targeting or advertising cookies. Some cookies are set by third parties, including Google Analytics for performance measurement, Google Ads for advertising and remarketing, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag for business marketing and analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, for example to block all or third-party cookies, delete cookies, or be notified before cookies are set, and you can opt out of many advertising cookies through Google Ads settings, the Network Advertising Initiative, and the Digital Advertising Alliance. The site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, as there is no agreed industry standard for them. Disabling cookies may affect some features, including access to certain areas, saved preferences, form submission, and overall performance; essential cookies cannot be disabled. We may also use web beacons, local storage, and session replay tools to understand and improve how the site is used.

Security, Retention, and Your Rights

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, regular security assessments and audits, access controls and authentication, employee training, and incident response and breach notification. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or longer where law requires, based on the nature and purpose of the information, legal and contractual requirements, and our legitimate business interests; when we no longer need it we securely delete or anonymize it. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your information and receive a portable copy, to correct inaccurate or incomplete information and update your preferences, to request deletion subject to legal obligations, to request restriction of or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect, use, and disclose, the right to request deletion, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Our services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children; if we learn that we have, we will take steps to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in the next section.

Contacting Us and Changes

To exercise your privacy rights or to ask about this policy, contact us through the form on our Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law. We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy here, update the “Last updated” date at the top, and send an email notification for significant changes. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
