About FlexPath
Built By Operators Who Understand Your Business
FlexPath was built by MSP owners who still take field calls.
Our story
Enterprise Capabilities. Local Relationships.
The owners behind FlexPath knew each other long before there was anything to start.
They ran independent managed services businesses in different parts of the country and compared notes the way owners in the same trade do. The same observation kept coming back: they’re solving identical problems separately, at full price, four times over. Security expectations rise faster than any of them can staff for. Specialist work keeps arriving that no single company can justify hiring for but all of them together easily can. In late 2025, they combined the businesses.

Why this matters
Why This Matters For Your Business
None of it would matter if it only changed the org chart. Here’s what it actually changes.
Deeper Security
One baseline, applied the same way in every market, improved whenever any company in the group learns something first.
Specialist Expertise
Specialist skills no single company can justify hiring for become available to all of them, wherever that person sits.
Faster Resolution
Escalation moves into the group rather than into a queue, and a problem solved once isn’t solved from scratch twice.
Better Coverage
Four markets, more hands, and continuity that doesn’t depend on one particular person being available that week.
How we operate
What We Share, What Stays Local
Being specific about this matters, because “fully integrated” makes people hear something we don’t mean.
Shared Underneath
Security baselines, escalation paths, operating standards, tooling, purchasing, and the finance and HR back office.
Local On Top
The name, the team, the culture, the client relationships, and the authority to shape local service delivery.
On Our Own Timeline
Companies join when both sides think it makes their people and clients better off. No calendar forces that.
Founders
Our Founders
All three still own and run the companies they brought in. That’s the arrangement, not a transitional phase.
