Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to an accessible website, the standard we work to, how we test, and how to report a barrier.
Last updated: October 2026
Our Commitment
FlexPath is committed to making this site usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control. We treat accessibility as part of building the site rather than a pass at the end, and we test at each release.
The Standard We Work To
This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA. In practice that covers color contrast, keyboard access to every function, text that resizes without breaking the layout, meaningful alternative text on images, and visible focus indicators.
Where We Fall Short
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA across the whole site and we test each release, but no site is ever perfect. We treat anything that does not work for you as a gap to fix rather than an exception. If you come across a barrier, tell us using the details below and we will prioritize it.
Reporting a Barrier
If something here stops you from doing what you came to do, tell us and we’ll fix it. Use the form on our Contact page, describe the page and what happened, and we’ll respond within five business days. If a fix takes longer, we’ll tell you how to get the information another way in the meantime.
Third-Party Content
Some parts of this site rely on services we don’t control, including embedded forms and analytics. We choose accessible options where we can and raise problems with the supplier where we can’t.
How We Test
Automated checking at each release plus manual keyboard and screen-reader testing on the pages people use most, at the breakpoints the site supports.
